职位描述： Responsibilities:
The main duty of management trainee is to attach and support Chief Operation Officer of YCE and obtain as much knowledge as possible about operation.
Assist COO in managing daily operation, also under COO’s day-to-day coach;
Receive training and perform duties of several departments, including Operation, Marketing, HR and Finance;
Observe experienced employees and gain knowledge about procedures, methods and standards that are required for performing the duties;

Mature and adaptable, a quick learner;
Good organizational and analytical skills;
Have good people skills which enable him/her to effectively learn from the expertise of the various persons in the organization;
Possess a desire of teamwork;
Be proficient in using Microsoft office;
A bachelor degree is a minimum educational qualification required.
